"St.Jeanne d'Arc" (St. Joan of Arc) One-of-a-kind

Saint Joan of Arc (the"Maid of Orleans") was born in France a peasant girl in 1411(?). Her"voices from God" directed her to join with the Dauphin and she raised and led the seige of Orleans against the English rule. She was betrayed and sold to the English. She died a martyr by being burned at the stake as a heretic in 1431 at the tender age of 20. (Canonized May 9, 1920)

Her head, hands and feet are a mixture of Cernit and Super Sculpey. Her hair is glued mohair, her eyes are painted and her body is cloth over urethane and wire armature and her standing height is 15 inches.
