• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
• Prices are for 4 persons per cottage.
  
• $20.00 charge for each additional guest per week.
  
• $10.00 charge for each additional guest nightly.
  
• Bedding, pillows and towels provided upon request ($25.00 extra per bed)
• Check in on Saturday after 2:00pm
  
• Check out the following Saturday before 10:00am
  
• Pets are an additional $25 per week
  
• Campers are an additional $30 per week
  
• Tents allowed
  
• Kindly keep the cottage clean.
  
• Please notify the owner immediately of any issues needing attention.
  
• $100 Deposit required upon reservation. Full payment expected within 2 months of reservation. Please make check payable to: Brian J. Theriault
  

Cancellation policy A full refund will be given up to 4 days from the day of deposit. After that time your deposit or full payment will be refunded, less a 30% service charge, only if the cottage can be re-rented.
