Guest rooms provide a most quiet and comfortable stay and vary from queen size bed with
private bath to queen size bed or two twin size beds with a shared bath. In the evening, rest by
the fireplace and enjoy the sunset, stars or Northern Lights viewed out the large picture
windows.
In the morning, delight your palate with the finest in legendary Acadian cuisine. Breakfast will
invite you to experience the taste of such delicacies as the "Ploye," a popular buckwheat pancake,
originally eaten by the first Acadian settlers. You may have these with butter, jam, locally
tapped maple syrup or the traditional local favorite "Creton," a tasty meat spread. Menu choices
also offer the more traditional fare of fruit juices, muffins, Maine baked apples, eggs, bacon, ham,
home fries and fresh Maine blueberry pancakes. You may choose to enjoy a fresh brewed cup of
coffee or tea in the traditional dining area or by the fireplace.
In addition to Breakfast, Grace serves special seasonal treats throughout the day, including
warming homemade soups in the winter months. Guests may also make arrangements, in
advance, to have lunches prepared at an additional cost to take with them for a busy day of
sightseeing in the St. John Valley.
